Make a donation to the scholarship fund by attending one of our events, through IUP’s Financial Aid Office, or through Penn State New Kensington Office of Development.

To donate online for IUP, go to IUP’s Financial Aid Office. You’ll need the fund number (0548) and name (Lora Lee Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund). To designate this fund, on the online giving form select Specific Areas at IUP, and choose Other. Then enter the fund number and name in the additional comments field.

To donate online for Penn State New Kensington, go to www.giveto.psu.edu and follow the prompts. When giving online please specify what college/campus you would like to donate to. There is a box marked Other at Penn State New Kensington-Please type in the Additional Information box on next page where you would like to direct your gift and state that it should go to the Lora Lee Phillips Scholarship at Penn State New Kensington.
