This scholarship is available to talented and deserving students enrolled at Indiana University of Pennsylvania who have made a commitment to the service of others through community and volunteer activities, and have a need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses.

Lora Lee Phillips Memorial Scholarship Information: Penn State New Kensington

All new and returning Penn State New Kensington students are automatically considered for any scholarships offered by the University upon their acceptance or upon completion of their annual academic grade report each spring. All students that wish to be considered for need-based scholarships must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). New students should file prior to March 1 and returning students should file prior to April 15 for maximum consideration of student financial aid.
